Terms and Conditions for The Suwannee Gables
Check-in and Check-out Policies
Check-In Time: 4:00 PM
Early arrivals before 4:00 PM will be processed for registration but access to the room cannot be guaranteed. Guests are welcome to use the facilities on arrival day, but access to specific areas may be limited.
Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM
Late check-out is available until 2:00 PM for an additional fee of 40% of the nightly rate.
Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Advance Deposit: A deposit equal to the total room rate and applicable taxes for all nights is required to hold the reservation.
Cancellation Window: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the arrival date for a full refund.
Forfeited Deposit: Cancellations made within the 7-day window will result in the loss of the entire deposit.
Payment Policies
A valid government-issued photo ID or passport is required at check-in.
A credit or debit card must be added to the room file at check-in and authorized for the remaining stay balance, taxes, resort fees, and up to $160 per day for incidentals.
Unused funds from authorizations will be refunded within 7–10 business days after check-out.
Smoke-Free Property
Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited in all accommodations and public areas per Florida law.
Designated smoking areas are available on the property.
Housekeeping
Modified Service: Fresh towels are available upon request, and full housekeeping service will be provided on the 5th day of your stay.
Parking
Guest Parking: One parking space per room is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional vehicles may be accommodated subject to availability.
Oversized Vehicles: Oversized vehicles, trailers, and RVs may incur a fee not exceeding $25 per night.
Suwannee Gables is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of vehicles or their contents.
Liability
Guests are responsible for the security of their belongings. Suwannee Gables is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the stay.
Guests should report any safety concerns or incidents immediately to staff.
Dispute Resolution
Any concerns during your stay should be promptly reported to the front desk.
If resolution cannot be achieved at the front desk level, management will intervene to find a fair and reasonable solution.
Force Majeure
Suwannee Gables is not responsible for cancellations or modifications due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.
Waiver
By staying at Suwannee Gables, guests voluntarily waive claims against the property for loss, damage, or injury to persons or belongings.
Severance
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
